BEER, Buffalo, BUFFALO CONVENTION CENTER, BUFFALO HOME SHOW, CRAFT BEER TASTING, NEW YORK, WESTERN NEW YORK, WNY No comments
Guests at the Buffalo Home Show can start their weekends off by celebrating the authenticity and creativity of local brews at the new craft beer corner presented by 103.3 The Edge on Friday, March 6th and 13th from 6-8pm.
Small and independent WNY brewers will be creating a buzz at the show offering free samples of a variety of the finest craft beers the area has to offer. From Flying Bison to Big Ditch, Saranac and many more, guests will be treated to a wide selection of local brews to try. Tom Ragan from the Shredd & Ragan Show will be there as well to meet, greet, and sip with visitors!
Ragan is heavily involved with the crew at Niagara Traditions, one of the earliest homebrew shops in WNY, and is a support of the Buffalo Brewfest.
During the 19th century, massive amounts of grain were transferred into Erie Canal boats bound for the east coast. Not all of that grain left town though. The leftover grain fueled the strong brewing industry WNY has today. Small, local breweries will pay homage to this proud Buffalo tradition Friday nights at the Buffalo Home Show.
Come on out for your chance to win lots of prizes and discover new, local, independent brewers. The Craft Beer Corner will be running Friday March 6th and 13th at the Buffalo Home Show. Don't have tickets yet? Get 2-for-1 tickets on Facebook. Bring a friend to the show and enjoy a cold one!
