    • USA Home Inspections is a full service home inspection business. We cover everything from real estate inspections, inspections and air quality inspections.
  • What are your best home or garden tips for this season?
    • For the fall season it is important to clean you gutters as leaves are falling. It is important to keep the roof draining properly.
  • What are your featured items this season?
    • This season we are helping our clients lower their home insurance premiums. We are offering our wind mitigation services $125.00. This inspection service can potentially save you hundreds of dollars a year. 
    • We are also doing air quality/mold testing at a specials starting at $250/home (price based number of tests needed).
  • What are your home or garden pet peeves?
    • Squirrels chewing plumbing stack boots and wires in the attic.
  • What is the strangest client request you've ever received?
    • We had a client ask us to army style crawl on our belly around the entire perimeter of a home to check the weep screed at the base of the stucco. We did it!
  • What is your favorite part about the home show?
    • We are excited to meet all of the current homeowners and future homeowners in Central Florida!!
