SUPPLIES
1 Cup Baking Soda
½ Cups corn starch
½ Cups Epsom Salt
4 Tablespoons Cream of Tartar
2 Teaspoons Essential Oil or Body Oil
2 ½ Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Few Drops of Food Colouring
1 ½ Tablespoons water
