Mini Eclairs with Strawberries and Cream
We take our desserts seriously around here! Enter the brand-new Savour Thursday Dessert Duel at the Vancouver Home + Design Show, where executive pastry chef Bruno Feldeisen from YEW Restaurant & Bar, pastry chef and chocolatier Thomas Haas of Thomas Haas Fine Chocolates & Patisserie, and Top Chef Canada competitor Curtis Luk from Fable will compete in a high-stakes battle of the sweet treats.
Catch it all live on Thursday, October 11 (opening night!) at 6pm on the Savour Your Life Cooking Stage. Be sure to check back here every Thursday in August for a little background info on each of our challengers (there might be a few giveaways in the mix, too). Place your bets wisely!
