It's Wellness Wednesday! (already?) And today It's like to share a DELICIOUS recipe for a healthy stack a stumbled upon last week.
These 'No Bake Energy Bites' are wonderful! They are simple to make, you can add your own spin on them, and they taste like raw cookie dough...but of course they are healthier.
Before I give you the recipe and the steps, you should know that I also uploaded the info onto my new favorite social media app Snapguide. Snapguide is a free iOS app and website for those that want to create and share step-by-step how to guides. Visit www.Snapguide.com or download the app to get started.
Of course be sure to follow Home and Garden Events or @HomeShows (same account) for more ideas.
So, courtesy of Snapguide.com, here are...

These average out to about 75 calories a bite (depending on if you add dried fruit).
Also, feel free to substitute peanut butter for almond, hazelnut, or sunflower seed butter (so the kids can bring these to school).
