Vancouver Exhibitor Spotlight: Troico - All Things Design, Manufacturing & Building

A week from today, the Vancouver Home + Design Show will be kicking off at BC Place Stadium. Troico, a full-service home renovation, design and custom millwork company, is one of the 325+ exhibitors gearing up for this ultimate exhibition.

The Troico team plans, manages and executes each facet of their home improvement projects, whether residential or large commercial developments. We sat down with Vanessa Pinelli from Troico to learn more about this well-rounded company.

Tell us about your company and how it got started.

My partner Michael Richter and I started Troico in February 2012. We created our company because we wanted to bring together the three pillars of the renovation and development industry: interior design, manufacturing and building. We’re proud to say that we’ve grown exponentially in the past couple of years - from doing small renovations to completing six-figure custom-built full home renovations. We recently moved into an 11,000 square foot showroom, millwork and interior design facility in Coquitlam, which truly encompasses the ‘one-stop shop’ idea that we have aimed for since our company’s early stages.

We are so excited to announce that our showroom grand opening will happen shortly after the Vancouver Home + Design Show on October 26^th. We’re looking forward to opening our doors and welcoming guests to have some lunch and browse the latest decorating and renovation trends. You can find us at 1308 Ketch Court in Coquitlam.

What inspires your company?

Our mission is to offer clients the highest quality products, superior project management services and beautiful, custom millwork. We strive to deliver excellent customer service at all times, 24/7. It can be stressful to have your home renovated and we want to ensure our work is done on time, on budget and is of the best quality. What inspires me is the customer’s faces when they see their space completely transformed and their vision brought to life. It’s very rewarding!

 

What is your favourite part about participating in the Vancouver Home + Design Show?

We have been involved with the show for just two years now. It’s great to be able to connect with potential clients and help them discover how they can transform their space into something they love. My absolute favorite part about the show is Saturday afternoon at around 2 pm when the show is buzzing, BC Place is packed and the energy is high in our booth with people checking out our product.

What can people expect to see at your booth?

Our team is really looking forward to being at the Home Show again this year. We’re going to be focusing on what we do best: interior design, custom millwork and renovating kitchens, baths and custom homes. We’re also partnering with Kelly Golby, an experienced realtor, to talk about our Smart Renovating service. Whether you’re thinking of upgrading your home or selling it, we can help you ‘evaluate before you renovate’. We present you with comparable values of other homes in your area. Using these examples, we’ll demonstrate how you can increase the value of your home by completing upgrades to your space.
