2014, ENERGY BITES, FIT, HEALTHY, NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION, NEW YEARS, NO BAKE ENERGY BITES, RECIPE, WORKOUT No comments
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup peanut butter (organic)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1 cup dry old-fashioned oatmeal
Feel free to add walnuts, almonds, raisins, etc
NOTE: You can to substitute peanut butter for almond, hazelnut, or sunflower seed butter (so the kids can bring these to school).
