Gardening Galore at the Calgary Home + Garden Show!

Being born with a green thumb has never been less necessary to enjoy time in a garden, thanks to the upcoming Calgary Home + Garden Show. Happening from February 27-March 2 at the BMO Centre & Corral, this year’s show will offer an array of garden-focused features designed for everyone – including those who would rather hide in their garden’s shadows than tackle the weeds from which those same shadows fall.

With an informative Garden Stage, stylish Vintage Gardens and ever-inviting Beer Garden essential for that inevitable mid-show break, this year’s features offer something to fit every show-goer’s floral fancies.

Whether you’re a natural with nature or simply aspire to be, cultivate your gardening know-how with Canada’s top outdoor experts at The Garden Stage, presented by CREB®Now. Professional planters and garden aficionados will share tips on how to make your home plots so perfect, every neighbour will be green with envy.

Vintage Gardens

Just like flower blossoms in the spring, old household items are getting a second chance at new life. Presented by local florist Lil’ Pink Daisy, the Vintage Gardens at the Calgary Home + Garden Show will showcase found and ‘freshened-up’ objects recycled and repurposed into stylish outdoor planters. Head over to the concourse to delight your senses – what better time to stop and smell the roses?

The Beer Garden
Make your way over to the Corral to take a load off and grab a brew, or two! Wander through beautifully landscaped greenery while sipping on a pint of local beer and snacking on goodies from some of YYC’s greatest food trucks. Perfectly timed with the beginning of spring, BBQ season feels one day closer with some sweet, salty goodness on the tongue and a refreshing cold one (or two!) in hand.
