"Regularly change your HVAC filter and get annual maintenance performed on your furnace and air conditioner. Also, have your water heater and whole house plumbing checked once per year!"

"There will be show specials for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and attic insulation."

What are your biggest home and garden pet peeves?
"Not having regular tune-ups done on your HVAC and plumbing equipment."

What's the oddest client request you've received?
"'Can you come flush my toilet?'"
