Describe your cooking style in five words or less: Simple, fresh, fast and flavorful
What cooking trend or item are you dying to try/coveting for fall? Bread. I want to make time to bake bread and spend time with someone that can show me how to make it better. It really is an art form.
The last item you bought for your kitchen: A Benriner (an Asian-style mandolin). A houseguest stole mine so I had to replace it – it’s that good!
