Local foodie blogger Erin Ireland’s It’s To Die For banana bread pop-up shop will give visitors a chance to see why this sweet treat has been dubbed “the best banana bread ever,” while in the Western Living Lounge samples from local brewery Parallel 49 will be plentiful throughout the night.

The much-anticipated Savour Thursday Dessert Duel takes off on the Savour Your Life Cooking Stage at 6PM, where Chef Thomas Haas from Thomas Haas Fine Chocolates + Patisserie, Chef Bruno Feldstein from YEW restaurant + bar, and Chef Curtis Luk from Fable battle it out for dessert supremacy. Hosted by renowned Chef Rob Feenie and much-loved Global TV personality Caren McSherry, expect this to be one entertaining – not to mention, delicious – throwdown!
