As the summer months approach, it's time to be inspired by a few divine
country and cottage retreats. Lounging by the lake and sitting by the
bonfire are some of my favorite elements of cottage living. While
some may consider the cottage to be a slightly more retro hideout, great
cottage home decor is not hard to find!

"This is one of my dads best DIYs! He wanted to make an
evening retreat that reminded us of the cottage. He used pine siding to enclose
the porch and stain glass that he got from my grandparents old cottage! After
some new tiling, a paint job and some furnishings, it was perfect!" - Shauna

With Father's Day fast approaching, it's time for us showcase some male-oriented spaces. Today we're showing you some of our favorite gender neutral bedrooms or bedrooms for him. When decorating for him, it's important to think less about decorative frills, and more about minimalism and functionality.
Below are some steps to achieving the perfect bedroom for him!
